Bluewater Gear RETURN POLICY
Bluewater Gear stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope that you are satisfied with our products. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please return your merchandise. All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund you must have the order number for the purchase.
For an exchange or a return, please email [email protected]. We will provide you with a Return/Exchange Form to be filled out and sent back with your item. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
How to Get Us Your Return
After you have contacted customer service and received a Return Form, you will need to print the form and include it in the shipment back to Bluewater Gear. Please ship UPS or FedEx with signature required to ensure delivery.
Items that are purchased On Sale are not eligible for return or exchange and are final sale.
